The founding partner of 4WFOOD, is a Food Engineer graduated from UNESP, specializing in quality management, processes and sanitary law from USP. He made his career in large Certification Bodies, as LATAM technical and operational manager of certification audits recognized by the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative), hiring, training and maintenance of auditors' qualifications. Lead Auditor FSSC 22000, BRCGS, HACCP, Sindirações, GMP+, FAMI-QS among others. Specialist also in the FAMI-QS standard, official consultant IFS, BRCGS and official PCQI leader instructor (qualification 'Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance – USA).
Silvana Vasconcellos
One of our partners is a Food Engineer from the Federal University of Viçosa, with an MBA in Quality Audits, specialization in Integrated Management Systems, with more than 30 years of experience in consulting. Experience in FSSC 22000, BRC Food, IFS Food standards. Specialist also in the GMP+ standard.
Maristela Portela
One of our partners is also a Food Engineer from UNICAMP. He has a specialization in Food Safety by SENAC and has more than 30 years of experience in Quality Management System and Food Safety. Experience in FSSC 22000, BRC Food, IFS Food standards and training by the International HACCP Alliance (IHA) and PCQI.
